Refund Policy

General Policy: No Refunds

Due to the digital and live nature of this event, all ticket sales are final once payment is confirmed. We strongly encourage you to review the event details before purchasing.

1. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Upon payment confirmation, your seat is reserved, the Zoom platform is provisioned, and pre-event materials are prepared specifically for registered attendees. The cost of these preparations cannot be recovered after registration is confirmed.

2. Exceptions

A refund or credit may be considered in the following situations:

  • Event cancellation — If AI Ameer Academy cancels the event entirely (not just a rescheduling), registered participants will receive a full refund or credit for the next batch.
  • Duplicate payment — If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 5 business days.
  • Payment error — If you were charged but your order was not created, contact us within 48 hours with proof of payment.

3. Rescheduling

If you cannot attend on the scheduled dates, your ticket may be transferred to the next batch (subject to availability). Transfers must be requested at least 24 hours before the event starts.

4. How to Request a Review

If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact us via WhatsApp support or email support@aiameer.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Include your order number and reason.
