When you register for AI Ameer Academy events or purchase a ticket, we collect:

• Full name, email address, WhatsApp number
• Country and city
• Payment method and transaction reference (not full card details)
• Device type and UTM tracking parameters (for marketing analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm your registration and send your ticket
• To send event reminders and the Zoom link via email and WhatsApp
• To process payments and verify manual payment screenshots
• To send the post-event recording (if applicable to your ticket tier)
• To contact you about future events (you may unsubscribe at any time)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Payment screenshots are stored in encrypted Supabase Storage. We do not store full credit card numbers or banking credentials. All card payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay, which are PCI-DSS compliant.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share minimal data with payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay) solely to process your transaction. We use Resend for transactional emails.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and/or Facebook Pixel to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools may set cookies on your device. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. We will remove your data from our systems within 7 business days.
